Anonymous Revolution ? People occupying areas in the USA with anonymous goals to change the current economic crises . Holding signs and chanting revolution. Not a Revolution at all! The only thing I see is they protest in support of more socialism and larger government control over the people. They seem to believe the wealthy owe them what they can not provide for themselves. Revolution will come if they meet a named opposing force with the distinctive mission of restoring true Democracy and honest capitalism and the last side standing wins, as this is the way the Democracy we once had was gifted to us.
Democracy and capitalism have already been proven most effective, how ever a few bad apples over time have been dishonest as well as implanted socialist and communist ideology in to our system and it along with dishonest practices between some have in part taken our nation right down to this current crises. Don’t give up on a already proven effective plan for our nation that so many people died for us to have.
Why not Demand to regain our freedoms and independence from Government, investigate and find dishonest actions taken place between corporations’ and government elements that cost the people of our nation their hard earned money, and the loss of employment. Demand reversals of actions that have been forced upon our nation that are responsible for some industry’s to be employed in socialist environments while competing in a capitalist society. Democracy and capitalism was working fine until corruptions with in it went un accounted for and allowed to continue, as well as the allowing of socialist ideology practices being forced into our democracy. Of course we can not remain effective under such conditions forced upon us.
Not every government official nor corporation is corrupt and out only for themselves , I would encourage people to use the system in place that did worked for so long ,contact the proper elements of government and demand wrongs to be righted, Inform as many people as you can of your information and request and encourage them to join you in restoring our Nation.
Seek out and share any and all information that you have that pertains to over government regulation that has caused industry’s to loose money and rights. Find corruption and waste and eliminate it by using the power of numbers and contacting elected officials if they refuse to help then go to the next step. Remember you can not change powerful corruption by your self and it is key to inform as many people as you can and hope they join you.
This anonymous and occupy this and that is just creating a mess as well as more instability to our nation, and They never seem to have many positive suggestions to right the wrongs they protest, when they do have a suggestion, it seems as though they want to re-follow the path that brought on this nations current crises.

Smokescreen
The OWS movement has been effective in only one thing, and that is to have their message hidden by the many who do not understand what is happening. This is the best tactic the Left has ever used, and they have always used it very well. If socialism, communism, fascism, or any other Leftist movement (ultimately they are all the same movement) ever actually states or reveals their intentions to the public, they are rejected outright by the people. This is because their long-term goals are always the oppression and suppression of "the great unwashed masses", the general population. They believe that the smartest should rule over the rest, and of course they believe they are the smartest.
The occupy movement states that they are against the financial inequality in this country (and others), and they are. Just not how most people think. They, like all leftists, want "equality" across the board, meaning equal misery for all with no chance to advance. The capitalist system gives everyone an equal chance, not an equal outcome. Promises of equal outcomes will always drop to the lowest common denominator. While they claim that Wall Street and banks are to blame for the problems (and they are to an extent), they disregard the reasons that these institutions have any power: because it has been granted to them by politicians who allow both lobbying and outright bribery. If the government would disengage from business, both in allowing influence in return for favors and in excessive regulation, the market would play out the way it is meant to in a capitalist society - it would regulate itself through people making choices in who they do business with. The same is true of public schools. Once unbridled competition is allowed, the educational system will by nature raise its standards, competing for students by being the best.
B careful throwing around the term Democracy. We are not nor have we ever been a Democracy. We are a Democratic Republic, and there is a sharp and critical difference. In a Republic the people choose representatives and the Rule of Law is what we live by. This means that the law is the law however it stands at that time, and the whims of the people do not sway it. In a Democracy, mob rules apply. If 51% of the population agrees that slavery or rape is OK, then it is. A pure Democracy is the most dangerous of all systems of government for this reason.

I feel in many ways the occupy wall street movement is doing just what you say to do. To bring attention to issues in numbers. Do I agree with the overall way it has been carried out or ALL of the messages they are pushing? No. But you couldnt be more correct in that the only way change will happen is if people push to make it happen. We cannot lay back and let corruption take over us. Just what exactly will it take to get the bad out? I dont really know, other than some very brave people willing to possibly lose their jobs in the effort to do the right thing. We need to quit worrying about teaching our kids to be entrepreneurial geniuses and popstars and teach them the golden rule and morals and ethics. Maybe a few generations down the road things might just be ok.
Not So Different After All
I find myself torn by the people "occupying" the nation. On one hand, they are trying to bring attention to major problems within our financial institutions, but on the other hand, they do not seem to have much of a plan to fix them.
Just as this site hopes to do, the people holding these demonstrations are trying to highlight real problems. However, it's like they are crying out for help and creating chaos, but nobody really knows what they want. Somewhat like a kid having a tantrum, but there's no real way to make them happy. I applaud the protestors for standing up for something they believe in, that is very American, but they should not have caused such havoc without looking at real methods of fixing these problems.

I agree with you 99%..," but they should not have caused such havoc without looking at real at real methods of fixing these problems"... l In Occupy
occupy is a reaction to the injustice our Nation has been dealt by people we trusted to Govern our Nation. Those that Govern us now, know exactly what methods will fix the problems and reverse the injustice, they how ever are choosing not to fix the problems. The Officials in Government have been very aggressive towards that occupy group and at the same time the Left has flirted with taking them under their wing, and in my opinion that is also aggressive and an attempt to control them and hinder correcting the problems. It scares me to see this going on, on all fronts. I do not agree with leaving Democracy and Capitalism nor do I agree with how the protesters have been treated so I am torn just as you are. But I am not yet convinced that occupy has caused this Hvoc and our Democracy and freedom we once had, was not earned by protesting and occupying this and that, people fought and died for our freedom we had. I really hope the government does not push the Governed to that point again, But it seems to me they are willing to do so, And it is very selfish of them and their is no need to do this.
